Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Reproduction of the TMI-1 PRA By letter dated December 7, 1987 (5211-87-2157) GPUN forwarded copies of the TMI-1 PRA for NRC review. Later two additional copics were provided for use by NRC's consultant reviewing the PRA.
GPUN has been requested to permit further duplication of the PRA for the consultant's internal use in performing the PRA review.
As you are aware, the TMI-l PRA is copyrighted by GPU Nuclear.
As such permission for copying must be granted by GPU Nuclear.
GPUN grants limited copying permission to the NRC and its contractor reviewing the TMI-1 PRA.
Sufficient copies may be made for internal use by NRC and its contractor provided these copies are not released outside of the NRC or contractor's control without further GPUN permission.
