This is in reference to your letter of October 17, 1978 requesting relief from License Condition 6.4.2 of Amendment SG-4 to your License No. SNM-1107.
The license condition is as stated in the attachment to our letter of May 10, 1974.
We have determined that your request will not endanger the common defense and security and is otherwise in the public interest.
Accordingly, License Condition 6.4.2 of the May 10, 1974 Amendment SG-4 to your License No. SNM-1107, which applies to your revised special nuclear material control and accounting plan (10 CFR 70.51) dated April 25, 1974, is hereby revised, effective immediately, to read as follows:
6.4.2 Records shall be maintained which show the issuance date and time, disposal date and time, seal number and type, item number, and names of persons who apply and the name of the person who destroys the seals.
