ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT FOR TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT (TAC NO. M97857)
Dear Mr. Quennoz:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 197 to Possession-Only License No. NPF-1 for Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Permanently Defueled Technical Specifications in response to your application dated January 28, 1997.
The amendment revises the Permanently Defueled Technical Specifications to delete the requirement for NRC prior approval of changes to the certified Fuel Handler Training Program.
4 A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A notice of issuance will be included in the Commission biweekly Federal Reaister notice.
