The distribution will be completed at a later time when the copies become available. The SSAT review of GAP's allegations has identified no substantive safety issue that would warrant dalay in tha NRC's consideration of a full-power license for the South Texas Project, Unit 1. Section 4 of the report identifies actions to be perfort:ed prior to Unit 1 increasing power level beyond 5%. lhe NRC staff will review the completed actions.
