REQUEST FOR REA LOAN GUARANTEE COMMITMENTS REGARDING COOPERATIVES OWNERSHIP We are presently reviewing the financial information included as part of your application of October 26, 1979 to amend the construction permit for River Bend, Unit 1 to include Cajun Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. and Sam Rayburn G&T, Inc. as co-owners. Completion of our review is contingent upon receipt of the loan guarantee conmitment from the Rural Electrifica-tion Administration, USDA to these cooperatives to be used for the construction of Ri/er Bend, Unit 1. Please supplement your application with copies of these loan guarantee conmitments, once issued by REA.
