Dear Mr. Allen:
We very much appreciate the help and information which you have given to us thus far about Central with regard to the NRC's operating license antitrust review for the Virgil Summer Nuclear Plant.
In your letter of July 17, 1978, to Mr. Mescher of Santee-Cooper, you state: "2.
That Central be allowed to purchase its' representative share of the capacity of this plant."
Would you kindly inform us as to the dates and substance of any further discussions, correspondence, or other communications between Central and Santee-Cooper on the Summer ownership issue? In addition, are any future meetings or communications going to be held or made and, if so, when?
