Containment entries were made to repair and check other transmitters for accuracy.

Minimum generation was 76 MWe NET.

2/19 1045 Recommenced power reduction to 20% due to failure of No. 2L4 Safety Injection tank. level monitoring system.

Containment entries were made to replace the transmitter.

Minimum generation was 161 MWe NET.

2/26 2000 Commenced power reduction for scheduled pre-summer general maintenance mini-outage.

2/27 0042 Removed unit from grid.

2/29 2400 Ended this reporting period shut-down for corrective maintenance.

Scheduled date for next refueling shutdown: April 1, 1989 3

Scheduled date for restart following refueling: May 15, 1989 4.

  • 3111 refueling or resumption of operation thereafter require a Technical Specification change or other license amendment?

Resumption of operation after refueling will require changes to Technical Specifications. The changes will be such as to allow operation of the plant with a fresh reload batch and reshuffled core.

Reload fuel will be similar to that reload fuel inserted into the previous cycle.
