A subsequent document review of the Component serial numbers, State or Province numbers, and National Board numbers of items listed on the NIS-1 Forms has revealed some errors in these numbers. Attached are the corrected NIS-1 Forms for the North Anna Unit 1 Inservice Inspection Report.
