SUMMARY
Month: February 1988 McGuire Unit 1 began the month of February operating at 100% full power. At 0605 on 2/02, the unit began decreasing power due to high Secondary Side sodium levels. The unit held power at 50% for Nuclear Instrumentation Calibration, then continued decreasing power. The unit reached 30% power at 1538 on 2/02, where it remained until 0315 on 2/03, at which time it began increasing power.
The unit returned to 100% power at 1446 on 2/03, where it operated for the remainder of the month.
