With your application dated August 9, 1978 (L-78-263), for amendment to Facility Licenses DPR-31 and DPR-41 for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4, you transmitted a Class III amendment fee of $4,000.
The application per-tained to deletion of requirements for Part-Length Rod Cluster Control Assemblies from the Technical Specifications and their removal from the facilities.
On September 21, 1978, the NRC staff issued Amendment Nos.
37 and 30 to the above indicated licenses based on your August 9 appli-cation.

Class I fee for Unit No. 4 are required pursuant to Section 170.22 of 10 CFR Part 170.
It is requested, therefore, that you promptly forward to this office a check in the amount of $400 for the Class I fee.
