Gentlemen:

The application for license amendment submitted by Serial No. 1464 dated February 1, 1988, inadvertently omitted changes to Technical Specification pages which are supported by the submittal. Specifically, Technical Specification page 3/4 3-30c, Action 16 should be marked to show the proposed change in the Anticipatory Reactor Trip System arming level as 45 percent reactor power. The first paragraph of Technical Specification Bases page B 3/4 4-la should be additionally marked to reflect the proposed Reactor Protection System high pressure trip setpoint of 2355 psig, consistent with other changes on that page. The pages reflecting these editorial corrections are attached and should replace the corresponding Technical Specification change pages transmitted by Serial No. 1464.
