An application dated November.20,1987, was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for' review. This application requested an exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section III.D.1(a) regarding Type A Testing and 10-year Inservice Inspection for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No.1.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your November 20 request. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
