Remorandum from R. Starostecki to Office Directors and Regional Adtrinistrators dated November 25, 1986 The Investigation Referral Board met on Tuesday, Decerher 2, 1986 from 3:no -

5:00 pm.

A list of attendees for this meeting and those involved teleobon-ically are enclosed (Enclosure 1).

The Board reviewed 1 investigation referral.

The Boaro's decision or recom-mendation on each referral is given in Enclosure 2 and has heen transnitted to the originatino office.

The Board provided coments on the draft opera-ting procedure prior to issuance.

In addition, the Roard recorrended the in-femation requested of Office Directors and Regional Administrators on nl cases outstanding (see referente) reflect their current perspective nn the continuing need for and priority of the referral.
