ORDER Under date of September 8, 1978, Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) filed a Motion For Leave To File A Response And For An Extension Of Time.

Therein NRDC requested leave to file and an extension cf time within which to file a response to the Applicant's and the Staff's respective submissions of August 21 and August 24, 1978 which had opposed the granting of NRDC's Motion To Amend Contentions filed on August 9, 1978.

NRDC's instant Motior, is denied as being moot.

Between September 8th, when the instant Motion was served, and September 12th, when the Board received it, the Board had issued its Order on September lith which denied NRDC's Motion To Amend Contentions.

IT IS 50 ORDERED.
