Tobin's (NRC/ Region II) verbal request for the dates which TVA formally committed to complete both listed and developed reference checks for individuals requesting unescorted access to its nuclear sites, the following infonnation is provided.

By letter to NRC dated August 2, 1983, a commitment was made to complete both listed and developed reference checks in the SQN PS/CP dated June 19, 1983 as authorized under the provision of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

By letter dated November 21, 1983, NRC found this change to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and acceptable for inclusion into the plan.

Further, by letter dated October 6, 1983, a commitment was made to complete both listed and developed reference checks in the BFN PS/CP dated September 1, 1983 as authorized under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

By letter dated February 8, 1984, NRC also found this change to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
