Pursuant to my recent discussions with Roy Lessy, this will confirm that this date I have delivered to Mr. Blume twenty copies of the information regarding Texas Municipal Power Agency ("TMPA") required by 10 C.F.R. 550.33a and Appendix L in connection with its anticipated application with Texas Utilities Generating Company and Brazos Electric Power Cooperative to amend the construction permits for the Comanche !
Peak Nuclear Generating Station, Docket Nos. 50-445 and 50-446, in order to reflect their proposed or anticipated acquisition of ownership interests in comanche Peak.
As Mr. Lessy and I'have discussed, the enclosed information regarding TMPA is provided in advance of the formal application consistent with the intent of the Commission's regulations and in order to facilitate the earliest possible commencement and completion of antitrust review by the Department of Justice.
