Construction Permit.

The NRC conducted a site audit during the week of April 11, 1977. The final report of findings is expected in early June. Two " apparent" infractions were identified by the NRC at the exit interview, but it is our opinion that no infractions will be included in the final report.

The interim Records }bnagement procedures were submitted during April,  !

and discussiors are continuing to resolve problem areas.

Construction activities continued in accordance with our overall plan for 1977. By April 15, S&W manual forces had been gradually reduced to  :

a level of 96, plus surveyors. Site development work is 94 percent complete, including 100 percent completion of Step D backfill.

Twenty-one and one-half shifts were lost during the two-month period due

'to inclement weather conditions bringing the total to 43 1/2 shifts lost since field activity was started. An additional 11 3/4 shifts have been lost due to union activities.
