An application dated October 9, 1987, was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. This application requested an exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR 50.47 and Appendix E to conduct the annual exercise of the Station Emergency Plan in 1987 for North Anna Power StationJ ' nit Nos.1 and 2.

The fee required pursuant tc 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your October 9 request. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10CFR170.12(c)and170.21.
