Material Transactions Report." If the licensee is the receiver of the material, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's information f# l 1

on the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant to Section 70.54 of 10 CFR d  !

Part 70. If the licensee is not the receiver of the material, he shall $ i

, provide the shipper's information to the receiver of the material for  % 1 inclusion on the receiver's Form NRC-741. N 1

2. The licensee shall notify the Division of Safeguards and Inspection, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, imediately, by telephone or telegram, if entry of any import shipment authori:ed by this license s[,

3. Each time material is imported, the licensee shall show the original $

of the license to the U.S. Customs as authority for the import. The
