We' agree that such reports are not necessary when only a small number of l
fuel bundles (typically four or ' ewer) of a different design or that have been manufactured by a different vendor are inserted in a re-load core for test purposes. Such a small number of test fuel bundles would be expected I
i to have only a minimal impact on core performance. We would, of course, expect to be notified of any unexpected effects on core performance due to the j
