With respect to your request for additional records relating to the Atlas Mineral Uranium Mill only document 1 of Appendix A has bean i located, a copy of which is enclosed. Also, a copy will be placed in the Auraria Library, University of Colorado at Denver, Lawrence & 11

! Streets, Denver, Colorado, 80204. No documents related to the EPA fine i levied against Atlas Mineral referred to in your letter have been located.

With respect to your request for additional records regarding Fort St.

Vrain, documents 2, 3 and 4 have been located and are enclosed. In addition, copies will be placed in the NRC Local Public Document Room (LPDR) located at the Greeley Public Library, City Complex Building,  !
