Gentlemen:

This refers to our letter of September 26, 1978 which indicated that we would write ycu again upon completion of our analyses of the sampics selected from your inventory. The results of the non-destructive analysis are presented in this report and the results of the chemical analysis will be reported when they become availabic.

Within the scope of this part of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were disclosed. A coay of the inspection report is enclosed.

In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice",

Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your safeguards and security measures is exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosed Appendix A to this letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
