In accordance with your application dated October 20, 1978, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Item 7 of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-123 is hereby amended to read as follows:

7.

Maximum quantity of special nuclear material which licensee may possess at any one time under this license Pu-239: 195 grams encapsulated as Pu-Be neutron sources, 9 grams as fission foils, and 0.08 microcurie as plated alpha sources.

U-233:

10 grams in solid form.

U-235: 50 grams in any form.

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.

Your application for renewal and combination of Licenses SNM-95, SNM-123 and SNM-231 is under review, and we will communicate with you regarding them in the near future.
