This documents the meeting between your Mr. R. Barkhurst and our Mr. R. Martin on December 29, 1987. The meeting was held in the Region IV offices in Arlington, Texas.

At the meeting, Mr. Barkhurst discussed changes in personnel assignments of some Louisiana Power and Light Company employees. He also discussed minor organizational changes and recent efforts to improve conrnunications between our organizations. We understand that one organizational change will require a Technical Specification change.
