The Commission has forwarded the enclosed " Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License NPF-4 and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for Hearing" to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
This notice relates to your application dated January 17, 1986 which would revise the North Anna Power Station, Unit No. 1 (NA-1) Technical Specifications to permit a level of 7% Steam Generator Tube plugging at the currently licensed thermal power of 2775 MWt.
