This application transmitted the Second Ten _ Year Inservice Inspection Plan for the Cooper Nuclear Station and requested relief from certain j

ASME Code requirements. Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations were not remitted with your application.

Based on information provided by the DL staff as the result of their final review of your application, it has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) is due since the review involved consideration of a i

single safety issue. Therefore, your company is requested to remit the sum of $4,000 to this office.
