Final 10CFR50.55(e) Report: Gould Combination Reversing Motor Starters (CDR-84-00-02)

Dear Sir:

References (b) and (c) reported a 10CFR50.55(e) deficiency regarding Gould combination reversing motor starters. The corrective action was replacement of the defective motor starters. This replacement has been completed for all the 324 Unit 1 and 14 Unit 2 motor starters on-site. The remaining Unit 2 starters have not yet been manufactured.

Since this completes the corrective action, we consider this the final report on this 10CFR50.55(e) deficiency.
