This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS)

. in response to your application dated December 6,1985.

This~ amendment modifies Technical Specifications LCO 4.3.10 and SR 5.3.8 to allow mechanical snubbers to be replaced by equivalent hydraulic snubters.

A ccpy of the Safety Evaluation is enclosed. Tne Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next Bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
