June 20, 1985 Note to: James Gagliardo COMANCHE PEAK - SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION REGARDING INTIMIDATION INCIDENTS In the past, OELD provided to you and the other Intimidation Panel members a variety of reference materials including summaries of incidents of intimi-dation based largely on the proposed findings of fact filed by the staff.
Copies of the proposed findings of fact filed by CASE and the applicants were among the infonnation provided.
Attached for the Panel's use and infonnation is a listing of intimidation incidents specifically mentioned in CASE's and the applicants' findings. It appears that this information has not been included in the Study Team's efforts; you may wish to have them review this infonnation and/or assure that it has otherwise been factored into the Panel's overall activities.
