In accordance with your application dated July 29, 1985, and pursuant to Title 10. Code of Fderal Reculations, Part 70, Nuclear Material License No. SN"-132 is he-oby a' ended to add a urantur-233 source to the possession lirits and to specify conditions for leak testing of that source.

- Accordinoly, Conditions No. 6, 7, and 8 are revised to add subpart E, and Condition No.15 bas been revised to extend leak testing conditions to the uraniur-233 source.

The above conditiens were discussed between Gordon Born (Purdue University) and Rcnald D. Cardarelli of ry staff on January 28, 1986. A copy of our Sefety Evaluation Report is enclosed for your inferration.
