As you are aware.10 CFf 170 of the Couaission's regulations for license and inspection fees was revised effective June 20, 1984. Section170.12(b) of the revised rule provides that for applications for permits, licenses, facility reference design approvals, and special projects which have been on file with the Corxitssion for review for six months or longer, billings would be made at six-month intervals or when the review is completed, whichever is earlier.
Consistent with the requirenents of 10 CFR 170.12(b), we have completed the cost analysis for the Vogtle 1 and Vootle 2 OL application reviews for the period December 23,19fA through June 22, 1985. The costs through that period are 5799,200 for Vogtle 1 and 185,059 for Yo9tle 2.
The enclosures show a breakdusn of the review costs by progra,a office.
