In its July 29, 1992, Memorandum and Order, the Licensing Board requested the NRC Staff, Petitioners and Northeast Nuclear Energy Company ("NNECO") to answer three questions, and requested l,
that NNECO file answers to amended petitions within ten days after l
service of the amended petitions or supplements.
Petitioners woro l
ordered to file amended petitions or supplements no later than August 14, 1992.
On August 18, 1992, the Licensing Board granted Mary Ellen Marucci, on behalf of Co-operativo Citizens Monitoring Network
("CCHN"), an extension of timo to August 24, 1992, to file amended l
and supplemental petitions.
UNECO has not yet received CCMN's i
amended and supplemental petitions.
Accordingly, NNECO intends to file its complete response to the Licensing Board's July 29, 1992, l
