, As discussed in a teleconference on August 17, 1992, between Mr.

T. Keener of your office and Ms. O. Masnyk of this Region, please provide clarification for the change in section'1,1.3 to discuss

the fact that although a security force member's physical examination may be performed by a licensed health pr-fessional, a licensed physician attests to the individual's physical fitneso through review of the examination results.

The enclosure to your letter is being withheld from public

disclosure because it contains Safeguards Information and must be l protected in accordance with the-provisions of 10 CFR Part 73.21.
