This ef fort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.

Task Order No. 2 shall be in ef fect from March 6,1992 through July 5,1992 with a total cost ceiling of $28,564.13. The amount of $26,375.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of

$2,189.13 represents the fixed fee.
