NOTICE OF VIOLATION; NRC SECURITY INSPECTION
REPORT 05000382/2019412
Dear Mr. Vazquez:
Thank you for your Reply to Notice of Violation EA-19-129, dated May 6, 2020, Nuclear
Regulatory Commission (NRC) [Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
(ADAMS) Accession No. ML20127H947] in response to the Notice of Violation issued to the
Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3, in a letter dated April 9, 2020 (ADAMS Accession
No. ML20100J319).
The Notice of Violation required you and your staff to respond to the violations in writing
in 30 days. The details of the violations cited were provided in the NRC Inspection
Report 05000382/2019412, dated January 28, 2020, ADAMS Accession ML20029D473
(non-publicly available) and ML20029D472 (publicly available).
Having received your response to the Notice of Violation, we have reviewed the information you
provided. We have concluded that your completed and proposed actions appear to adequately
address the regulatory noncompliances described in the Notice. We will review your
implementation of these corrective actions during a future inspection to determine whether full
compliance has been restored and whether compliance will be maintained.
