Dear Sir:
In discussions with our Bethesda Licensing Office during the week of April 14, 1986, the Staff requested additional information/ clarifications concerning a few items. In response to these questions, the following additional information is provided:
1.
Inadequate Core Cooling Instrumentation (ICCI) System:
The ICCI System, as depicted in Figure 12 of Reference (b), is a safety-related (nonmitigating) system with the exception of the data links to the plant computer, the plant computer and one plasma display (denoted Train BA). This information supplements that furnished in Reference (b).
2.
Isolation Devices:
The work committed to in Items 5, 6, 7, 8, and 13 of Reference (c) has been completed.
