MODIFICATION NO. 4. TASK ORDER NO. 7. ENTITLED. "RULEMAKING SUPPO FOR CHANGES TO THE LICENSING OF SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIALS" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-93-058 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds no longer needed for performance by the Contractor or expected to be owed in fee or indirect cost adjustments to the Contractor.
The amount of the task order ceiling is decreased by $76.683.62.
The task order was not fully funded, therefore the amount of $59.444.62 in funding is hereby deobligated from Task Order No. 7.
The task order is therefore modified as follows:
The total ceiling of this task order is decrease by $76.683.62 from
$607.241.56 to $530.557.94. The total estimated reimbursable cost is
$486.788.38 and the amount of fixed fee is 543.769.56.
