(" Governments") hereby request an extension of the ten page limit on answers to petitions for review set forth in 10 CFR 5 2.786(b)(3) for the attached Answer to LILCO's Petition for Review of ALAB-832. LILCO's Petition was 14-1/2 pages long. The requested extension is necessary in order to respond to the arguments in LILCO's Petition and to address the matters in 5 2.786(b)(2) as required by the regulations.
