This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. Kobori, Hamada cnd Crock of this office on September 8-12, 1975 of activities authorized under fiRC License No. SfM-696.
It also refers to the discussion of our inspection findings with l',r. H. N. Wellhouser. Director, fluclear Material Control and other GAC staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The areas examined during the inspection included your program for con-trolling and accounting for special nuclear material pursuant to appli-cable provisions of Part 70 Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, and saccific requirements of fiRC License No. Sfd-696. Within these areas, tie inspection consistcd of selective examinations of procedures and records, intervicws with facility personnel and observations by the inspector.
I Ho items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this inspection.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice "
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, docurrentation of findings of your control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will roccive liriited distHEution.
