This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. Kobori, Hamada cnd Crock of this office on September 8-12, 1975 of activities authorized under fiRC License No. SfM-696. It also refers to the discussion of our inspection findings with l',r. H. N. Wellhouser. Director, fluclear Material Control and other GAC staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The areas examined during the inspection included your program for con-trolling and accounting for special nuclear material pursuant to appli-cable provisions of Part 70 Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, and saccific requirements of fiRC License No. Sfd-696. Within these areas, tie inspection consistcd of selective examinations of procedures and records, intervicws with facility personnel and observations by the inspector.
