DRAFT PROPOSAL FROM ILLIN0IS FOR AGREEMENT STATE STATUS We have reviewed tha subject draft, as you requested in your memorandum to me dated August 12, 1985, and note that the provisions of 9340.203(c)(f) V i
are not consistent with 920.203(c)(f). This is a generic issue with the standard state regulations (ref. my memo to you dated July 18, 1985), and we understand that the Illinois regulations will be corrected when they are submitted in final form. 0'ther than this issue, we found no substantive f
inconsistencies between the subject draft and the present 10 CFR Part 20.
{ Consequently, we have no objection to the application by Illinois for agreement state status.
