The enclosed memorandum to me from ACRS member Glenn Reed dated March 26, 1986 is being forwarded to you for your infomation. This memorandum provides t Mr. Reed's con:.ients in response to your letter dated February 4,1986 concerning the Reed-Flack proposal for a primary blowdown system.
We are currently preparing the regulatory analysis for the proposed resolution of this issue. As discussed in my letter to you dated February 28, 1986, this analysis will consider all comments received on the Reed-Flack primary blowdown system proposal.
