Dear Mr. Holtsclaw:
We have reviewed the final amendments to the Department's regulations entitled,
" Licensing Requirements for Source Material Milling Facilities," 32111. Adm. Code 332, that were amended by the Department on March 13,1997, and sent to me by Ms. Rose Miller, Freedom of Information Officer, on April 8,1997.
According to my letter to you dated March 10,1997, in which we reviewed the proposed amendments, a finding that a regulation meets the compatibility requirements is made on a i
review of the final text of the regulation. Because the final amendments were adopted without significant change, based on our review and a confirmatory conversation with Ms. Miller by Dr. Salomon on April 29,1997, we have determined that the final amendments are compatible.
