ACQUISITION OF ANALYTICAL SIMULATORS FOR RUSSIA AND UKRAINE I have reviewed your memorandum of October 25, 1995, and apprcic your proposal to issue a competitive solicitation to acquire the integrated system of appropriate hardware and software that would simulate two nuclear power plants, including testing, documentation, and training of designated personnel in the use of the analytical simulators, and an option for the purchar; of two additional power plant simulation software loads and training.
The simulators to be provided in this contract will be used by NRC counterpart regulatory organizations in Russia and the Ukraine for personnel training, analysis of operating events, '
evaluation of operating and emergency procedures, and other ,
