Article V, Consideration and Payment, Paragraphs A.1 and 3 are revised as follows:

Consideration 1.

The Commission has provided funds to the State in the amount of $152,625.00 for the three year period of performance, CY1983 through CY1985, in accordance with a through h below. Funds in the amount of $62,500.00 are hereby provided to the State to cover performance for CY1986 in accordance with i below. The Commission will provide funds subject to the availability of appropriation to the State in the amount of $133,700.00 during the remaining two year period of perfonnance for CY1987 through CY1988 in accordance with j through k below. The rate of payment for i through k below will be as follows:
