dated March 10, 1986.

Reference a) requested a written report submitted within 180 days detailing:

1) the results of a review of the design basis for the operation of motor operated valves; and 2) identification of the programs and schedules for implementation of the other action items delineated in the IE Bulletin.

Due to the construction delay at WNP-3, it is not porsible to submit this information at this time. As indicated in Reference b), WNP-3 plans call for a resumption of construction activities in 1994.

Therefore, we plan to provide the requested schedules after construction restart.
