(2) Notwithstanding the periodic leak test required by this condition, any W

If the test reveals the presence of g

g removed from service and decontaminated, repaired, or disposed of in accordance N
y with Commission regulations. A report shall be filed within 5 days of the date W
g the leak test result is known with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, W

The Ohio State University is requesting to have the special nuclear material (items 6,7, and 8) listed on the SNM-732 license be merged with the SNM-1940 license. In order to facilitate this request, please include all conditions, statements, representations, and procedures contained in these documents; including any enclosures (applications dated November 30,1990 and December 1,1994 and letters dated August 29,1994 and September 30,1996) that are currently listed in the SNM-732 license be incorporated in the SNM-1940 license.
