Thank you for your supplemental response of November 26, 1985, to our Notice of
Violation issued on November 14, 1984, concerning activities conducted at your
Sequoyah facility under NRC Operating License Nos. DPR-77 and DPR-79. We have
evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
Your corrective action was reviewed during a recent inspection of Sequoyah and
found acceptable.
This item was closed in Report Nos. 50-327,328/85-37 of
November 18, 1985.
