As promised in our flovember 5,1985 meeting, please 'ind attached the final version of the B&W Owners Group Action Plan related to the Davis-Besse tran< tent.
The Owners Group is proceeding to implement this plan and we intend to periodically provide on update of our progress to the appropriate members of the 14RC Staff.
You will note that we are pursuing a broad spectrum of activities ranging from efforts to enhance the determination of problem root causes to reducing feedwater trarsients.
Should you or members of your Staff have questions regarding the content of the Owners Group Plan, please direct them to J. P. Moore of GPUN, who is the Chairman of-the 1154 Task Force.
