! "Public inspecilons, exemptions, requests for withholding," of Part 2, " Rules >
of Practice for Domestic Licensing Proceedings and Issuance of Orders," of q Title 10 of the Code of Federa7 Recu7atfons (10 CFR Part 2.790). The staff i has concluded that each item that Lucent requested to be withheld from public )
disclosure in the subject NRC Inspection report meets the threshold delineated j in 10 CFR Part 2.790. A copy of the nonproprietary (public) version of the subject report is enclosed. :
' Additionally, thank you for your April 24, 1997, letter in resporise to the 1 l Notice of Nonconformance (NON) that was attached to the subject inspection i report. We have reviewed your letter and find that your reply to the NON is '
responsive to our concern. We will review the implementation of your l corrective actions during a future U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff 1 inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be l maintained. We have no further questions at this time and will review the
