Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 Inspection Report 85-26 Gentlemen:
Inspection Report 85-26 dated December 10, 1985 identified one apparent violation which was further discussed at an enforcement conference held on December 19, 1985.
In response to the meeting report letter dated January 29, 1986, and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.201, the attached reply addresses the Notice of Violation which was included as Appendix A.
Since the Reply to Notice of Violation contains safeguards information subject to 10 CFR 73.21, it is my understanding that the enclosure to this letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will be distributed pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21(c).
